I enjoy the enormous responsibility that caring for a critically ill Cardiac and Thoracic patients entails and want to pursue cardiothoracic and vascular surgery as my career. I understand the dedication and commitment required, at the same time recognize the importance of continued research, learning and teaching in this field. My dream is to provide healthcare in this field to all sections of society at an affordable price.

Minimally invasive Cardiac Surgery is going to be the future of cardiac surgery in coming years. With the invention and availability of variety of transcatheter procedures, cardiac surgeons are getting more complex cases as simple ones are done by cardiologst. Soon hybrid theatres will be a need than a advertisement gimmic.

My aim is to establish a center of excellence, especially in the adult cardiac surgery where all types of simple and complex , high end surgeries can be performed, and results can be produced at par with international standards, in good numbers. I would also like to do research and produce papers in respective fields.

Having secured his admission in MBBS through All India PMT in Smt.NHL MMC, V.S. General Hospital Ahmedabad, he graduated in 1999, and finished his Internship in 2000. Did his Post graduation M.S. in General Surgery From B.J.Medical College, Received his Super Specialization training in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery from prestigious Narayana Hrudayalaya Institute of Cardiac Sciences Bangalore, now known across the globe as Narayana Hospitals.
